SAPA-NE，NECINA关注职业发展

【侨报周末特约记者李强波士顿图文报道】 日前，纽英伦美中生物医药协会（SAPA-NE）和纽英伦资讯网路协会（NECINA）分别在麻省理工学院和位于沃森市的IBM创新中心举办了职业发展研讨会，吸引了数百名会员参加。

SAPA－NE的第15届职业发展研讨会在MIT斯隆管理学院的一间大教室举行。演讲嘉宾多家本地医药公司的高管胡明秀、William C. Ronco，以及远道而来的中科院苏州生物医学工程技术研究所唐玉国所长、上海NIBR公司生物制品研究组的吕志坚和江苏恒瑞医药公司董事曹劲松。当天的研讨会由杨军和龙江担任主席，会长钭理强、前任会长陈敏、以及苟大明、赵洁、陈大鹏、孙天霄等骨干出席了当天的研讨会。他们对演讲嘉宾有关职业发展的精彩演讲表示感谢。曹劲松向与会者介绍了恒瑞医药公司在上海研发中心的多个高端研发职位。在恒瑞医药公司提供的资料中，医学主管的年薪范围在10到30万美元之间，基本同美国的工资水平相当。

NECINA的职业发展研讨会着重探讨了沟通技巧对于职业发展的重要性。两位演讲嘉宾是拥有自己的职业顾问公司的克贝（Ken Kerber）和angedeals.com网站的创办人戈登（Michael Gordon）。 克贝先生在演讲中强调要把人与人之间沟通的原则运用到产品的设计之中，这样产品会更加人性化，而得到消费者的认可。戈登先生是一位谈判高手，他强调一个人在职场的成功离不开高超的谈判技巧，他说：“在生意场和职场上，你往往不能得到你应该得到的回报，而是得到你能够谈判到的回报。” NECINA会长洪铭胜、总经理郑茹等对两位嘉宾的精彩演讲表示感谢。他们还吿诉记者NECINA健康、IT行业创新论坛将于4月6日在波士顿举行，有关详情请访问网站： necina.org。
