Overview

Mobile devices and applications are revolutionizing the way many businesses are conducted, as well as people’s daily lives. In 2011, 1 out of every 4 phones world wide is a smartphone, and it has been predicted that in 2012, smartphones will finally takeover feature phones.

In this NECINA conference, we will survey the cutting-edge mobile technology and products being developed by Boston-based high tech companies. The topics of discussion include but are not limited to the following:

He developed database applications that powered convention and visitor bureaus during high school and college. After getting a MSCS from University of Maryland, Lida spent next 6 years programming and designing breakthrough video game franchises, such as Saint’s Row and Bioshock, before pursuing his passion for entrepreneurship.
