    Overview

    Mobile devices and applications are revolutionizing the way many businesses are conducted, as well as people’s daily lives. In 2011, 1 out of every 4 phones world wide is a smartphone, and it has been predicted that in 2012, smartphones will finally takeover feature phones.

    In this NECINA conference, we will survey the cutting-edge mobile technology and products being developed by Boston-based high tech companies. The topics of discussion include but are not limited to the following:

    ● Case study on some of the most popular and exciting Boston-based mobile technology and products
    ● Comparison between the Mobile enterprise market and consumer market
    ● The current Mobile ecosystem and trends in Mobile apps and services. What are the new opportunities for entrepreneurs to get in?

After the keynotes and talks, audience will have an open dialog with the speakers and panelists.     Lida founded LiveCirrus in March 2010. He is an expert in developing consumer-facing products. He developed database applications that powered convention and visitor bureaus during high school and college. After getting a MSCS from University of Maryland, Lida spent next 6 years programming and designing breakthrough video game franchises, such as Saint’s Row and Bioshock, before pursuing his passion for entrepreneurship.
