描述: Intellectual Property and Other Legal Issues for Emerging Companies

This event will include legal discussions with regards to patents, copyrights and trademarks. As well as discussions concerning licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, works-for-hire, employment agreements (non-compete, non-solicitation, etc.) and special considerations with respect to non-resident entrepreneurs.

Doors will open at 5:30pm and the program will commence at 6:00pm. Please come early to mingle and network with fellow entrepreneurs and professionals.

Please note that there is limited seating for this seminar, and seats are provided on a first come, first serve basis.
