There was a leak in water intake pipe and valve to a toilet. I tried many home remedy approaches, i.e, tightening connections, changing washers, no good. Every flush lead to a flood. Called the office and spoke with the owner. Within the hour his technician, James, was at the door In 15 minutes, he replaced the appropriate pipe and had the system repaired. Net cost: $35.
