Close to bike path, Watertown Square. We are on the quiet side streets near Main & Lexington (approximate location on map).The house has living room, family room, eat-in kitchen, renovated bathroom, basement, lovely yard and patio, two sets of washer and dryer and two fridges. The room for rent is fully furnished (furniture not shown in pictures), on the second floor with large windows facing the back yard, double closets and lots of build-in shelving and storage space. Street Parking only, which is terrific in the summer, but Watertown does not allow overnight parking in the winter.Rent is $800 per month, at-will bases. You will be sharing with three other people.
