City of Malden Schedules Additional Yard Waste Pick-up

Mayor Christenson has added two additional days of yard waste pickup in the month of November to help residents with late fall yard waste. Yard waste pickup through the end of the year is as follows:

Week of October 22
Week of November 5
Week of November 12 (added)
Week of November 19
Week of November 26 (added)
Week of December 3-7

Yard waste must be placed curbside on your regularly scheduled trash pickup day in brown paper bags or in barrels marked “yard waste” and must be separated from regular rubbish. Yard waste that will be accepted includes leaves, grass clippings and twigs. No branches, logs or dirt will be picked up. No plastic bags will be accepted.

Additionally, Malden residents may bring yard waste to the DPW, 356 Commercial Street, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM-12:00 noon.
