Dear Parents,

Focal Chinese Music is excited to present its Music Programs and Calendar for the 2012-2013 academic year. Early Registration with reduced tuition is now available to qualified students.

1. After School Training (3pm-6pm) – Daily Chinese, Guided Instrument Practice, Music Literacy and Performing Arts
*Available in Melrose and Chinatown
*1, 2, 3, 4 or 5-day Combo Classes at $20-$25/day – Single subject classes (eg. Chinese Language or Instrument Practice) are also available
*Pick-up service is available for ~$5/day

2. Sunday Chinese and Music School (9am-12:45pm) – With the Boston Chinese Orchestra
*Available in Melrose
*Combo Classes at $39/day – single subject classes (eg. Chinese language or Chinese Instrument) are also available
*Add-on classes included Chinese Dance, Calligraphy, Go etc

3. Early Registration for Feb & April 2013 Vacation Week Camps
*Feb 18-22, 2013 – Chinese Music and Culture Camp
*Apr 15-19, 2013 – Asian Music and Math Camp

4. Early Registration for Long Weekend Workshops
*Oct 6-8 Columbus Weekend: Western & Chinese Instrument Immersion
*Nov 10-12 Veterans Weekend: Performance Through Music Analysis
*Jan 19-21 MLK Weekend: Western & Chinese Instrument Immersion
*Mar 29 Good Friday: Easter Music and Traditions
*May 25-27 Memorial Weekend: Choral and Vocal Discovery

5. Ongoing Private or Group-based Lessons (ages 4 and up)
*Western and Chinese Instruments
*Voice
*Music Theory and Ear Training
*Choral – Boston International Asian Choir
*Rhythmic Choral
*Music and Movement (ages 2-4)
