小区：十二层酒店式公寓，自带健身房、室内泳池、活动室，半分钟步行至橙线Malden Center及巴士中转站，5分钟步行美超Stop Shop, 8分钟步行中超Super 88，步行距离各种奶茶中餐厅。
户型：2b2b，自带洗衣干衣机，客厅住一艺术系男生，副卧研究生妹子，六月毕业基本都不在家。出租主卧自带独立卫浴，房间带落地灯床桌椅，拎包入住，时间6.3-7.16，走前希望做好清洁工作，家具我会搬走。
费用：原价1154包热水空调暖气，加上电网约1300/月，现在便宜短租，1100全包任何费用。诚租价格可议！！
