Our client, a well established and recognized supplier of high-precision plastic injection molded components, was recently acquired, infused with capital and is now committed to dynamic growth and expansion under the direction of a new management team. As the result of an internal promotion, they are looking for a highly talented and innovative Program Manager to assume responsibility for all projects, managing and directing all phases of programs from inception to completion and successful on time delivery to the customer. BS degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Plastics is ideal. In-depth knowledge of injection molding and tooling processes is required. Strong technical aptitude, project financial planning skills and experience interacting with cross-functional teams in engineering, quality, mfg is essential. Proficiency in MS Project and ERP systems are required. High visibility role reports directly to the CEO/President.
