我有一个房间出租，是一个房子中二层的一个房间。另有两个女生住在二楼，都很安静。二楼也有卫生间。女房东人非常nice。

非常干净，木地板很新，很干净。房间有两个朝东窗户，阳光充足，双层玻璃，冬天也很保暖。

房间里有床（twin），书架，书桌，椅子，床头柜，灯。衣柜也是木地板，很干净。

位置Malden, 很靠近橙线最后一站，Oak Grove，走路只要4分钟，交通很方便。因为终点站，也不用担心没有座位。

房子从6月1号开始可以租，最少租到8月底，如果继续住，房东也很欢迎。

I have a room for lease. It is in the second floor of a house. There are two other girls living on the same floor. They are both nice and quite. Bathroom on the same floor.

It is super clean, not like some other room for rent. Hard wood floor, pretty new and nicely waxed.

It has a twin bed, a bookshelf, a desk and a chair, a night stand. And an area rug. The closet also has wood floor, so very clean.

Two bright windows, plenty of sunlight. The windows have double layers of glasses, so nice and warm for Winter. The windows are facing east.

The location is very close to the last stop of Orange Line, (Oak Grove). 4 min walk to the station. Very convenient.

Looking for a person to start renting June 1st, 2014.

$500 a month. The least time of rental is June 1, 2014 to Aug 31, 2014. You can sure rent for longer than that, up to Sep 2015.
