本人Boston College博后，独居两室一厅apartment. 因老婆孩子回国，现诚寻室友share另外一间卧室。房内有洗衣机，楼内有烘干机，卧室内有walk in closet，厨房有全套厨具和小家电。房内空调家具厨具网络一应俱全，并包括queen size床一套，可随时拎包入住。
房子位于West Roxbury的Ridgecrest Village 高档小区，内设停车位，门口有公交站。具体地址：49 Ridegcrest Ter., West Roxbury, MA 02132 该小区周边生活设施一应俱全，周末购物休闲十分省时省力：距Dedham Mall 1.5 mile, 4个红绿灯口即到，附近还有超市Stop&Shop; 距Legacy Place shopping Mall 2.6mile (开车6－10 min), Mall 附近有Best buy, Bed Bath& Beyond, Star Market，Costco, Whole Foods。此外，小区位于Washington St., 可以一直开车到China town, C-Mart; 还可以 上 高速，I95向北 30min 可至H Mart, 向南20min可至Quincy, 金门超市等。
