【侨报周末特约记者李强波士顿图文报道】 日前，纽英伦美中生物医药协会（SAPA-NE）和纽英伦资讯网路协会（NECINA）分别在麻省理工学院和位于沃森市的IBM创新中心举办了职业发展研讨会，吸引了数百名会员参加。

NECINA的职业发展研讨会着重探讨了沟通技巧对于职业发展的重要性。两位演讲嘉宾是拥有自己的职业顾问公司的克贝（Ken Kerber）和angedeals.com网站的创办人戈登（Michael Gordon）。

克贝先生在演讲中强调要把人与人之间沟通的原则运用到产品的设计之中，这样产品会更加人性化，而得到消费者的认可。戈登先生是一位谈判高手，他强调一个人在职场的成功离不开高超的谈判技巧，他说：“在生意场和职场上，你往往不能得到你应该得到的回报，而是得到你能够谈判到的回报。”
