Boston, Oct. 20, 2014, — The legendary NBA rivalry between the Boston Celtics and the LA Lakers will have something new to look for this year. On December 5, local dance group Angel Dance Company will be performing at halftime of the Celtics Vs. Lakers game. The game will feature recently signed Lakers’ star point guard Jeremy Lin who graduated from Harvard University and has a strong fan base in the Grater Boston area.

According to Ke Ke, artistic director of Angel Dance Company, 45 Angel company members will be at this event. The group will perform their piece “Dancing Youth” — a dance full of color and energy. “The performers are all very excited to share this dance with the audience at the game. They are proud to cheer on these two teams. Best of luck to the Boston Celtics and LA Lakers!” said Ms. Ke Ke.

The Boston-based Angel Dance Company, currently consisting of 50 members, was founded by the young dance instructor and choreographer Ke Ke. Ever since its inception, Angel Dance Company has had the honor to perform and receive praise throughout New England area, and successfully presented Greater Boston Chinese Folkdance Celebration. Angel Dance Company also hosted and performed at the annual Greater Boston Dance Celebration, joined the Commonwealth Ballet Company’s production of The Nightingale.
