Acton, Mass., August 24, 2015, — A couple weeks after Essence of India was held successfully at Nara Park, the same stage will be filled with beautiful performances of traditional Chinese instruments and dances this Thursday evening. Performers from Acton Chinese Language School, Angle Dance Company and local art groups will celebrate the end of summer with hundreds residents like they did last year.
The Acton Recreation Department and the Acton Chinese Language School will once again present Chinese Music and Dance on Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at NARA Park Amphitheater. This event will feature traditional Chinese dance, Taichi, Pipa, Ink Calligraphy, BMWBC Cornerstone Band, and the Melodies Group.

Parking is free and available at the upper field parking lot. The amphitheater is all lawn seating, bring your own chairs or blankets. The snack bar will be open for soft drink and snack food purchases. This is a free event and donations will be greatly appreciated.
