NORTHAMPTON, MASS.— U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will present 52 candidates to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The Honorable Michael A. Ponsor, United States District Judge will administer the Oath of Allegiance to America’s newest citizens during a special naturalization ceremony July 4th at the Hampshire County Superior Courthouse. The naturalization ceremony is part of Northampton’s annual July 4th festivities celebrating our nation’s 237th  birthday.

Honored speakers and performers inlcude: The Honorable Michael A. Ponsor, United States District Judge; Denis Riordan, USCIS District Director; Russell Bradbury-Carlin, Director, Center for New Americans; David Narkewicz, Mayor, City of Northampton; and Evelyn Harris, vocal artist, choral director and instructor.

PORTSMOUTH, N.H.— U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Field Office Director Anthony Violanti will administer the Oath of Allegiance to America’s newest citizens during a special naturalization ceremony July 4th at Strawbery Banke Museum. The naturalization ceremony is part of Old Strawbery Banke Museum’s annual July 4th festivities celebrating our nation’s 237th birthday.

Boroff, United States Bankruptcy Judge will administer the Oath of Allegiance to America’s newest citizens during a special naturalization ceremony July 4th at Old Sturbridge Village. The naturalization ceremony is part of Old Sturbridge Village’s annual July 4th festivities celebrating our nation’s 237th birthday.

PAWTUCKET, R.I.— U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will present 23 candidates to the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. The Honorable Patricia Sullivan, United States Magistrate Judge will administer the Oath of Allegiance to America’s newest citizens during a special naturalization ceremony July 3rd  at McCoy Stadium, home of the Pawtucket Red Sox. The naturalization ceremony is part of the ballpark’s annual Independence Day festivities celebrating our nation’s 237th  birthday.

Honored speakers and performers include: The Honorable Patricia Sullivan, United States Magistrate Judge; Mr. Joseph Langlois, Associate Director of the Refugee, Asylum, and International Operations Directorate, USCIS; and Denis Riordan, Boston District Director, USCIS.

Mr. Langlois is a native of Pawtucket, Rhode Island and is returning to his home state to participate in this special ceremony and offer congratulatory remarks to Rhode Island’s newest citizens.

LEWISTON, MAINE—U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will naturalize 54 candidates for citizenship during a naturalization ceremony at Lewiston Regional Technical Center’s Green Ladle on Friday.

BOSTON— U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will present 26 candidates to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The Honorable William G. Young, United States District Judge, will administer the Oath of Allegiance to America’s newest citizens during a special naturalization ceremony July 4th aboard the USS Constitution. The naturalization ceremony is being held in honor of Independece Day. This year’s ceremony will celebrate our nation’s 237th birthday.

Honored speakers and performers inlcude: The Honorable William G. Young, United States District Judge; Mr. Perry Rhew, Chief, Office of Intake and Document Production, USCIS; and Denis Riordan, USCIS District Director.

These ceremonies are part of USCIS’ annual celebration of Independence Day. More than 7,800 candidates will become citizens at more than 100 special ceremonies across the country and around the world from July 1 to July 5.

This year’s celebration will include special ceremonies at the Department of Treasury in Washington, D.C.; Crater Lake National Park in Crater Lake, Ore.; the Chicago Cultural Center in Chicago; Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello in Charlottesville, Va.; Saguaro National Park in Tucson, Ariz.; the National World War II Museum in New Orleans; the Freedom Tower in Miami; George Washington’s Mount Vernon in Mount Vernon, Va.; the Seattle Center in Seattle; the USS Midway Museum in San Diego; the Battleship Missouri Memorial at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Saratoga National Historical Park in Stillwater, N.Y.; Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan; and aboard the USS Constitution in Boston.
