Malden, Mass., Jan. 12, 2014, — Mayor Gary Christenson and City Councillor John Matheson recently attended the Grand Opening of the newly established Mandarin Malden Restaurant located at 74 Pleasant Street.

The restaurant is now open for business and offers a varied menu featuring authentic Taiwanese-style cuisine. It’s about seven-minute walk from Malden Center T Station to Mandarin Malden restaurant.
“We have a lot of dishes, probably over 100. We also have daily specials offering many choices,” said owner, Hsiu-yin Lee. The Lee family is excited to be part of the downtown and is looking forward to serving customers.
