Boston, Feb. 27, 2016, — This is Super Saturday before the Super Tuesday in Boston Chinatown. Over 1,000 people showed up at the Gee How Oak Tin Association of New England’s Chinese New Year banquet at Empire Garden and Hei La Moon restaurants, including many elected officials.

Gee How Oak Tin is the association for families with surnames Chan, Chin, Chen, Yuen, and Woo, and one of the most influential family associations in Boston Chinatown.

Senator Elizabeth Warren thanked the invitation by the Gee How Oak Tin Association, and stressed the importance of family ties. Michelle Wu, President of Boston City Council was happy to see Senator Warren, her teacher at Harvard Law School.
