Chelmsford, Mass. – The results of YES (Youth Entrepreneurship Service) program 6.0 was announced at New England Chinese Information & Network Association (NECINA)’s annual meeting at Radisson hotel. Connect Books, a team consisted of local high-school students Stephanie Chan, Eddy Zhong and Kevin Zhang, won the first prize, and Vital Communications finished in second place.

June 17, 2012, Cambridge MA — On the eve of BIO (Biotechnology Industry Organization) 2012, BioPharma Outlook 2012 was successfully held at M.I.T. Faculty Club, presented by Chinese-American BioMedical Association (CABA) and Chinese Biopharmaceutical Association, USA (CBA). BIO 2012 is one of the most important conferences in the biopharmaceutical industry, and attracts more than 15,000 attendees from around the world.

【侨报周末特約記者李強波士頓圖文報道】 6月10日下午，查爾斯河上龍舟競渡，鑼鼓喧天。而在河上游幾個英里的牛頓市，“大愛讓世界亮起來”感恩音樂會正在慈濟基金會波士頓聯絡處會址激情演出之中。
對於前來觀看演出的200多位觀衆來説，他們當中有許多人在人生的航程中有大愛電視台的節目陪伴，是其忠實觀衆。
【侨报周末特約記者李強波士頓圖文報道】在連續數天的陰雨天後，6月10日波士頓天氣開始放晴，查爾斯河兩岸人頭攢動，鑼鼓喧天。來自北美各地的44支龍舟隊在數千名觀衆的加油聲中龍年賽龍舟，氣勢如虹。

【僑報周末特約記者李強波士頓圖文報道】5月17日，哈佛中國文化工作坊、中國訪問學人論壇將在哈佛大學燕京圖書館聚會廳舉行爲期一天的2012年第2次會議。十多位來自中國的訪問學者分四個專場探討文學敎育、文學史、戲劇、文藝評論、宗敎思想等一系列主題展開演講和討論，展示了他們深厚的學術功底和嚴謹的硏究風範。

2011年7月7日，记者在波士顿市中心的丽思卡尔顿（Ritz Carlton）酒店同国际著名歌星希瑟·施密德（Heather Schmid）作了访谈。 家住波士顿南郊的施密德，自2005年开始多次到中国各地举办演唱会。 她自己改编的新版中国民歌《茉莉花》获得广泛的好评。

日前在北昆市高中大禮堂舉行少林功夫表演中，來自紐約、芝加哥和波士頓的少林功夫傳人和他們近60名弟子，爲全場500多位觀眾上演了一場精彩的武術表演，贏得現場觀衆一片喝彩。

The 35th generation Shaolin warrior monk, Master Heng Zhen from Shaolin Temple China, and his students from Boston Shaolin Kungfu Center in Quincy, will perform Shaolin Kung Fu at Lincoln Field of Lexington, Mass., at 3 PM on July 1. This event is free to all.

周末是父亲节，准备花力气做大餐，老公说不是怎么在乎父亲节的，做不做两可。这让我想起父亲在世时的热情。
如果是父亲，一定会兴趣盎然地出主意，忙前忙后地去买菜，指手画脚地来帮厨，最后做出可口的饭菜，还要大加评论，以促改进。爸爸就是这样一个热情的朝气蓬勃的人。
