  • Inaugural US-China Hi-Tech Summit Held in Boston

    Burlington, Mass., Oct. 7, 2015, — The inaugural US-China Hi-Tech was held at Boston Marriott Burlington this morning. Close to 80 government officials, scholars and entrepreneurs from both US and China attended this summit. This summit is organized by Haiyin Capital, and co-organized by Boston Bilingual Media & Publishing Inc. Delegations from Beijing and Guangzhou, China were welcomed by Nam Pham, Assistant Secretary of Business Development and International Trade, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing & and Economic Development.

  • Gov. Baker Declares October Cyber Security Awareness Month

    BOSTON – October 7, 2015 – Governor Charlie Baker has proclaimed October “Cyber Security Awareness Month” in Massachusetts in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security’s National Cyber Security Awareness Month, to engage and educate both the public and private sectors about preparedness for issues related to cyber security.

    This is my go-to place for lunch at work. It can be busy at lunch hours on weekdays. The atmosphere of the place was calm for a later afternoon snack-meal yesterday. I enjoyed the soft rock songs on a Pandora playlist displayed on a screen.

  • 2015 CIFIT Attracts 100,000 Businessmen to Xiamen

    Xiamen, China, Sept. 17, 2015, — Around 100,000 businessmen and 4,000 enterprises from 105 countries and regions took part in the 2015 China International Fair for Investment & Trade(CIFIT).

    In the four days from Sept 8 to 11, the fair, held in Xiamen, Fujian province staged 1,000 matchmaking events, presented 30,000 projects, 300 business events and 100 themed workshops.

  • Flying High! NEU’s Coco Miao Wins ATV Miss Asia Boston

    Boston, Sept. 15, 2015, — Just a couple years ago, Coco Miao worked hard at 30,000 feet above ground to bring smiles on faces of first-class passengers of China Eastern Airlines. Her beautiful smile won the hearts of the six judges and cheers and applause from 600 in the audience at John Hancock Hall Sunday night. Miss. Miao was crowned as the first ATV Miss Asia Boston winner.

  • Railcar Plant Breaks Ground in Springfield, MA

    Boston, Sept. 10, 2015 (cntv.tv) — A subsidiary of CRRC, the world’s largest rail-car maker in China has just broken ground for a $60 million plant in Springfield, Mass. that will assemble new cars for Boston’s subway system. It is expected to create hundreds of local jobs.
