Boston, Dec. 10, 2014, — At 11:35 PM on Tuesday, Dec. 9, Boston City Councilor At-Large Michelle Wu and her husband, Conor Pewarski, welcomed a son, Blaise Francis Pewarski. Blaise is the couple’s first child.

Blaise weighs 7 lbs, 13 oz, is 20 inches long. Both mother and child are happy and healthy.
Councilor Wu and her husband are residents of South End in Boston. Boston welcomes about 7000 new babies each year.
