By Chinese American Association of Lexington (CAAL)
Join us for a free health seminar this Saturday, April 19, 2014, from 10:00 to 12 noon, at Cary Library! You can also visit the historical Lexington Battle Green near the library on the 239th anniversary of the battles in Lexington and Concord between the Minutemen and British troops.
CAAL volunteers at a Lexington 300 event in May 2013 (file photo).
A panel of local doctors from American Chinese Medical Association (ACMA) have graciously volunteered their time to provide practical advice about prevention and treatment of some common health issues: high cholesterol, diabetes, and back pain.
Going to see your doctor once a year will help you learn healthy habits to prevent and treat symptoms before they become problems.
Your CAAL is partnering with the doctors to help promote this event. Learn more about CAAL and some upcoming events.
See you on Saturday morning at Cary Library!
