缅怀钟瑜
【编者注：在2019年1月份的京津同乡春晚、山东同乡春晚中，多位华人朋友表达了对2018年去世的波士顿阳光组合的钟瑜先生的思念。下面这篇文章是王庆先生在2018钟瑜先生的追思会上的发言稿。】

各位好友！承蒙阳光组合兄弟姐妹们的重托， 我代表阳光组合大家庭深深地缅怀钟瑜先生， 我们的好兄弟， 我的好三哥！ 我们在这里庆祝钟瑜先生光辉的一生，满怀无比悲痛的心情倾诉我们阳光兄弟姐妹对钟瑜无比的怀念之情。 也借此机会， 向今天到场的各位好友， 和因各种原因不能前来参加的好友们 多年来关心、爱护钟瑜，特别是在钟瑜患病期间到他病逝这段时间里朋友们对他及他的家人所表达的无疆大爱 关怀爱戴之心，表示深深的谢意！

The Patriots Dynasty and Sun Tze’s Art of War

I am a Patriots fan, starting from the 1980s when they were a door mat in the NFL! I watched the recent AFC Championship game admiring the strategy especially in the second half! Whereas keeping the Kansas Chiefs scoreless in the first half was a master piece, the Patriots’ confidence in sticking with the offensive plan in the second half was even more impressive. The overall plan designed by Patriots Head Coach Bill Belichick must have taken into account of the lethal offense power of the Chiefs. Even though the defense scheme may stun them in the beginning, one can be sure that the brilliant offensive mind of the Chiefs’ Head Coach Andy Reid would make adjustments in the second half. As guessed, the Chiefs’ offense indeed responded with 31 point. Would sticking with the same offensive enough to withstand the onslaught? Should Quarterback Brady compete with his young counterpart by throwing more and longer? No!

零下十五度的真爱聚会——波士顿商学院2019迎春表彰会
【波士顿双语网特约记者严小蓉报道】2019年1月21日是马丁路德金日，这是今年冬天波士顿地区最为寒冷的一天，最高温度摄氏零下十三度，最低温度零下十八度。在这寒冷冰雪天气的晚6点，位于波士顿北郊伯灵顿（Burlington）镇的希尔顿花园酒店一楼宴会厅却是人声鼎沸，热闹非凡。原来波士顿商学院在这里举行2019年喜迎春节表彰会，80多位同学及家属济济一堂，个个热情洋溢。

【波士顿双语网讯】年仅13岁的华裔花式滑冰选手刘美贤（Alysa Liu），1月25日晚间以无懈可击的表现赢得美国花式滑冰锦标赛女子单人冠军，成为这项美国最重要的花式滑冰比赛史上最年轻的冠军选手。

中国重剑名将龙杰率拉托维亚国家队连获佳绩
【波士顿双语网记者李强2019年1月25日报道】记者从A1国际拉托维亚国家重剑队获悉，该队在中国重剑名将、广州市白云区政协顾问、拉托维亚国家重剑队领队龙杰先生的带领下，参加了1月6日在塔林举行的欧洲杯击剑公开赛，以及1月19日至20日举行的欧洲杯击剑联赛。

瑞雪兆丰年 京津同乡喜迎猪年
【波士顿双语网讯】波士顿北京同乡会及天津同乡会猪年春节联欢晚会，19日晚在麻州历史名城莱克星顿镇的基督教学苑礼堂隆举行。 500多位来宾冒严寒风雪天气出席了本次活动，大家欢聚一堂，分享美食，观看节目，喜气洋洋地庆祝即将到来的中国新年。

麻州大学波士顿校区欲加强与中国大学合作
【本报记者李强波士顿报道】本周是大波士顿地区院校2019年春季学期开学的第一周。麻州大学波士顿校区（UMass Boston）于近日关闭了在该校运行了十二年的孔子学院。该消息在校园和社区反响强烈。假期归来的教授、员工、学生、社区人士等对该校的做法深表遗憾，他们认为关闭孔子学院是「政治正确」的表现。

Dr. Hou Lectures about IP Strategy in China at Cambridge Innovation Center
Cambridge, Mass., January 19, 2019, New England Association of Chinese Professionals (NEACP) invited Ching-Cheng (James) Hou to deliver a speech “Bio-Pharm Companies’ Winning Strategy in China from the Perspective of Intellectual Property” at Cambridge Innovation Center today. This is a full-house event, attracted about thirty people in 18 seating conference room; and the event attracted different backgrounds, MD, entrepreneurs, Phd. Students, professors and government officials, etc. Yafen Kang, VP and Professor Chung Hwa, Board members, of NEACP attended the event. Dr. Yu-Feng Wei is the moderator of the event.
