  • Three More World Championships for Kathryn Tian This Summer

    Boston, Sept. 3, 2015, — By the end of the World Championships held by American Taekwondo Association in Little Rock, Arkansas, Kathryn Tian from Los Angeles had won championships in three competitions, including the women’s 15-to-17-year-old creative martial arts competition, competition with equipment and the ultimate boxing match. So far, she has already won 17 junior world championships, and is well on her way of realizing her dream of winning Olympic gold medal representing the USA.

  • Everyone Is a Winner at Harpoon 5-Mile Race

    Thank you for running the 14th Annual Harpoon 5-Miler to benefit The Angel Fund! 4,300 finishers, 300 volunteers, and hundreds of spectators helped us raise $180,600 (and counting!) for The Angel Fund, which supports critical research for Dr. Robert Brown and his team at UMASS Medical Center. This puts the 14 year total over $1,147,322!

  • Malcolm Butler’s Cinderella Story Makes Patriots Champions Again

    Boston, Feb. 3, 2015, — Tom Brady took home the MVP, but it was former West Alabama All-American Malcolm Butler who made the play that clinched the New England Patriots win in Super Bowl XLIX. Brady agreed to give the Chevy truck awarded to him with the MVP prize to Butler during this morning’s interview on WEEI sports radio.

  • Edelman and Butler Go to Disney and Victory Parade on Feb. 4 in Boston

    Boston, Feb. 1, 2015, — Visitors to Disneyland were treated to a victory parade of Super Bowl champions Julien Edelman and Malcolm Butler today. The New England Patriots defeated Seattle Seahawks last night at Super Bowl XILV in Glenndale, AZ. Quarterback Tom Brady threw four touchdown passes in the come-from-behind victory, and won the Super Bowl MVP award.

  • Video — Ballboy Helps Inspire China to Asian Cup Victory

    CANBERRA, Jan. 13 (Xinhua) — A 12-year-old ballboy from Brisbane, Australia, could prove to be China’s secret weapon at this year’s Asian Cup after he helped goalkeeper Wang Dalei save a penalty in their opening game victory over Saudi Arabia on Saturday night.

Jared Sullinger had game high 17 points, and Rajon Rondo dished out six assists, including a couple behind-the-back passes. Boston defeated Indiana 101:98 despite an injury to rookie guard Marcus Smart in the second half.
