2015 Chinese Music & Dance Night Returns on August 27
Acton, Mass., August 24, 2015, — A couple weeks after Essence of India was held successfully at Nara Park, the same stage will be filled with beautiful performances of traditional Chinese instruments and dances this Thursday evening. Performers from Acton Chinese Language School, Angle Dance Company and local art groups will celebrate the end of summer with hundreds residents like they did last year.

Boston Ballet 2015-16 Company Roster Includes 11 New Dancers
Boston, August 12, 2015, — Boston Ballet Artistic Director Mikko Nissinen has announced the 2015-2016 season roster, featuring 11 new dancers and six promotions from within the Company. The Company will be comprised of 68 dancers—including 10 dancers in Boston Ballet II (BBII)—representing 20 nationalities. The full company has returned to its 19 Clarendon Street studios in preparation for the 2015-2016 season.

Salt Lake City Public Library Hosts China During WWII Film Exhibition

George Li Dedicates His Silver Medal as Birthday Gift to the USA
Boston, July 4, 2015, — Pianist George Li, a native of Lexington Mass., won Silver Medal at Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow a couple days ago. He wrote on Facebook today:”Congratulations USA! I dedicate my silver medal as your birthday gift!! Happy Birthday United States of America!!!” It must be a gift that George Li has planned to make for some time as his home is just a couple miles away from the Battle Green in Lexington Center where the first shots of American Revolution were fired on April 19, 1775.

Lexington, Mass., June 26, 2015, — On Father’s Day of 2015, Mr. Jian Li and his son Andrew Li were having Zongzi for lunch, a delicacy from the Dragon Boat Festival. There eyes glued to the TV screen on which George Li was performing live in the round 2 of Tchaikovsky Competition. “Go George!” shouted Andrew Li, the little brother, whiling taking a selfie in front of the TV set with his cell phone.
