John Matheson, President of the Bread of Life and Ward 3 City Councillor, will be in attendance on the behalf of the organization to which all donations will be given. Monetary donations to Bread of Life will also be accepted. “Live classical music is a beautiful experience,” said Councillor Matheson. “We are thankful to the Asian Cultural Center for giving Malden the opportunity to enjoy an affordable night out while helping a great cause at the same time.”
The 2012 Music for Food Benefit Concert aims to promote the value of community service and cultural diversity through performing high-quality, innovative, and educational classical music programs.
“Malden is excited to have the Greater Boston Asian American Youth Symphony Orchestra perform for our residents.
