    【侨报特约记者李强2013年4月21日于波士顿】从来没有想到过在波士顿当记者会像在前线报道战事一样。从4月15日爱国者日下午2：50波士顿终点线附近的两声爆炸声开始，直到19日晚8点半的枪战结束，爆炸案的第二名嫌犯在水镇（Watertown）一家居民的游艇中被活捉，波士顿就像是一个战场。1775年4月19日，美国独立战争的第一枪在麻州莱克星顿镇打响，238年后的同一天，麻州水镇的枪声中，一名爆炸案嫌犯被击毙，一名警察负重伤。

  • 马拉松爆炸案嫌犯住所距《侨报》报社仅两个街区

    【侨报特约记者李强波士顿报道】4月19日上午，已被抓获的波士顿马拉松爆炸案的嫌犯察尔纳耶夫(Dzhokar Tsarnaev)在剑桥市诺福克（Norfolk）街410号的住所被警方搜索，整条诺福克街也被封锁。而这条街离《侨报》剑桥大街1035号的办公室仅仅之隔两个街区，不到100米。察尔纳耶夫的哥哥在逃亡中丧命。包括波士顿、剑桥市在内的多个城镇19日都陷于瘫痪。

  • BU Today — Memorial Service for Lingzi Lu

    Boston, April 22, 2013, — Family members of Lingzi Lu, who died from the Boston Marathon bombings on April 15, arrived at Logan airport at around 12:05 a.m. on April 20. Chinese ambassador to the United States Cui Tiankai was at the airport to greet the family members.

  • 石棉县华中科大校友希望小学雅安地震巍然不倒

    （来自新浪微博 @西南练家）雅安地震山区的彩色小学校，固若金汤，树荫飘摇，小娃子们的篮球场，以前从没人知捐建者是谁。今天才知道了，这是2008年地震后巴曙松先生等人捐建，并请李培根院士书写的石棉县华中科技大学校友希望小学。没想到5年后又地震了，小学校长想要立一座感恩石碑，把美德代代传承下去。

  • “We Got Him!” 波士顿市长曼宁诺宣布在逃马拉松爆炸案嫌犯落网

    【波士顿华人双语网报道】4月19日傍晚大约7点4分，在上千名警察的搜索中，在逃波士顿马拉松爆炸案嫌犯焦哈尔•萨纳耶夫在波士顿西郊的水镇（Watertown）一家人后院的游艇上被警察活捉。焦哈尔•萨纳耶夫的哥哥在当天早上逃亡中已经丧生。波士顿市长曼宁诺在向媒体宣布这个消息时，用他特有的波士顿口音说：“We got him!” （我们逮到他了！）

    【波士顿华人双语网报道】“我和令子是在QQ上认识的，有很多共同爱好，去年9月来波大后就成了室友。你们看到的很多吕令子的照片都是我拍的。我很喜欢摄影，特别是拍令子这样的漂亮女孩。”
