Hello, Boston!
Scripture tells us to “run with endurance the race that is set before us.” Run with endurance the race that is set before us.
On Monday morning, the sun rose over Boston. The sunlight glistened off the Statehouse dome. In the Common and the Public Garden, spring was in bloom. On this Patriot’s Day, like so many before, fans jumped onto the T to see the Sox at Fenway. In Hopkinton, runners laced up their shoes and set out on a 26.2-mile test of dedication and grit and the human spirit. And across this city, hundreds of thousands of Bostonians lined the streets — to hand the runners cups of water and to cheer them on.

马拉松爆炸案动摇公众对反恐战争信心
【波士顿双语网记者李强2013年4月17日波士顿报道】爱国者日是马萨诸塞州为纪念1775年4月19日凌晨在莱克星顿镇打响的独立战争的第一枪而设立的节日。今年爱国者日马拉松终点线附近的炸弹声，不仅夺走了3条无辜的生命，也动摇了公众对于历时近12年的反恐战争的信心。

BOSTON – Wednesday, April 17, 2013 – Governor Deval Patrick and Mayor Thomas Menino today announced that the public is invited to attend Healing Our City: An Interfaith Service, to be held tomorrow at 11 a.m. at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston. The service is an opportunity for the community to come together in the wake of the tragic events at the Boston Marathon this week.

波士顿华人缅怀波士顿马拉松爆炸案遇难同胞
【侨报特约记者李强波士顿报道】参加波士顿马拉松赛是许多人一生的梦想，为了能够达到参赛资格，很多人要坚持训练多年。但是，很多选手在离终点线只有一英里的地方因为爆炸案发生而不得不放弃比赛。而爆炸案中的三位遇难者都是在人行道上为选手们加油的观众。
