If you are interested in e-Commerce and entrepreneurship, these are the events you don’t want to miss. Being one of the most active professional associations in Boston area, NECINA has organized or sponsored a number of high quality conferences, such as the NECINA Big Data conference in October 2011 and sponsorship of 2012 MIT CHIEF.

NECINA board member Sean Shen, who was president of NECINA and helped put together the NECINA Big Data conference, mentioned that NECINA aimed to bring the latest innovations in technology to its members, and prepare them to meet the challenges brought about by emerging technologies.

“The Big Data was an emerging technology two years ago. The challenge is not just the explosive amount of data, the variety, velocity of process that the users want, and there will be new challenges along the way as well as money to be made in the Big Data market,” said Mr. Shen.

According NECINA General Manager Jackie Yang, the two events on Saturday will also provide great networking opportunities for students and professions to meet industry leaders from China and the US. The following is NECINA newsletter about these two conferences.
