【波士顿华人双语网讯】艾克顿中文学校本周日（9月29日）下午2:10-3:25将举办老人福利讲座。主讲人张女士有7年从事老年人服务工作的经验，将就老年人上门服务、老年人看护、以及给老年人送中餐等福利项目做讲解。本次讲座以中英文双语形式经行。
Acton Chinese Language School(ACLS) will host a senior benefits lecture at 2:10 – 3:25pm on Sunday, Sept. 29. The location of the lecture is the Small Cafe of RJ Grey Junior High School (16 Charter Road, Acton, MA 01720). The lecture is presented by ACLS Seminar Committee.

About the Speaker:
Jue Zhang was born and grew up in China and came to the States in 2005. She was hired by Central Boston Elder Services in 2006, she’s been 7 years in elder services industry. Being the Case Manager, she took care of roughly 130 clients at job. From assessing individual needs to providing personalized home making and personal care services, she has extensive experiences on State funded programs. In 2013, She helped Patient First to be one of the providers for Minuteman Elder Services, recruited many Chinese speaking workers for local elders. |
Abstract:
1. Patient First : In-home services which providing Home making (grocery shopping, house works, cleaning, meal preparation, etc ) and Personal care services (bathing, dressing, eating, etc) at elders’ housing
2. Adult Day Health program: Day care for Chinese elders to social and get medical help at the center in Waltham.
3. Home delivered Chinese meals.
