  • NBC Thanksgiving Night Stars: Tom Brady, Psy and Martha Steward

    By David Li, bostonese.com

As a Bostonian, I enjoyed watching Tom Brady and the New England Patriots picking apart New York Jets on NBC Thanksgiving night. Tom Brady tossed 3 touchdown passes, scored one touchdown from one yard out rushing into the end zone himself, and led his team to a 49:19 lopsided victory. The game was never in doubt after the Pats scored 35 points in the 2nd quarter, with offense, defense and the special teams all scoring TDs.
After local news, the Tonight show started at around 12:35 AM, an hour later than its usual start time. Jay Leno told the audience that Psy was going to perform on the show. By the time Tonight show ended on 1:25 AM, I was amazed at the enthusiastic response Psy got from Tonight show audience, including many military personnel. Many of them seemed to know the dance moves that Psy made famous in his YouTube video Gangnam Style, which got over 700 million views. In the picture, Psy is posing for the camera with the host Jay Leno, actor Bradley Cooper, and actress Natasha Leggero. Psy is dressed in the stage costume of “Gangnam Style.” (more…)
