Boston, May 2, 2016, — Mr. and Mrs. Frank Chin were honored at the 100th Anniversary celebration of Kwong Kow Chinese School(KKCS) at Marriott Hotel at Copley Place in Boston Back Bay on April 29. About 500 guests, including Gov. Baker and President of Boston City Council Michelle Wu, celebrated this special occasion.

Boston, May 1, 2016, — More than 40,000 people came together on the Boston Common to make a powerful statement about hunger in Massachusetts today. In addition to the scenic 10-mile Walk course along the Charles River, this year the Walk for Hunger kicked off with a 5k timed race starting on the Boston Common.

Ethiopian Runners Dominate at the 120th Boston Marathon
Boston, April 18, 2016, — It’s a picture perfect day at the 120th running of Boston Marathon. There was a light headwind and temperature in the upper 60s for the elite runners. Lemi Berhanu Hayle won the men’s group in 2:12:45. Fellow Ethiopian Atsede Baysa came from behind and pull ahead in the end to win the women’s group in 2:29:19.

Call to Artists to create Artwork Inspired by the Music Pictures at an Exhibition
Boston, April 12, 2016, — Artists in the Greater Boston area are invited to attend a workshop that will inspire them to create and submit artwork for Pictures at an Exhibition Reframed, a juried show of two dimensional art inspired by Mussorgky’s Pictures at an Exhibition. Accepted submissions will be displayed at a public performance of this suite of ten movements for piano by Yelena Beriyeva in Jenkins Auditorium in Malden, Massachusetts on Saturday, November 5, 2016.
