    3月11日，星期二，6岁小女孩青青缺勤了，她没有去就读的陕西省宋庆龄基金会枫韵幼儿园，而是被妈妈昌女士一大早就带到了西安市西京医院排队。和多数孩子一样，年幼的青青因为惧怕打针吃药对医院充满抵触，但33岁的昌女士却显得比她还要紧张，因为此前一天，这位年轻的母亲刚刚获悉了一个惊人的消息——枫韵幼儿园长期给400多名幼儿集体服用一种中文名叫“盐酸吗啉胍”的成人抗病毒处方药。

  • The Narrative of Modern China on Display at the Met

    New York City, March 12, 2014, — When most people think of modern China, it’s not usually through the lens of its fine arts or innovative design; when most people think of Chinese art, it doesn’t tend to be through the lens of modernity. Those who are more politically aware might knew of Ai Weiwei, the artist and activist who achieved international fame through exhibits such as Sunflower Seeds and his work on the architecture of the Bird’s Nest Stadium for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, or his 2011 arrest. Those culturally minded may know of Liu Bolin, dubbed ‘The Invisible Man,’ who recently gave a talk at the TED Conference.

The seemingly harmonious traditional landscape, composed of countless high-rise apartments, power-line towers and construction cranes, becomes a subtle yet critical response to urbanization.

  • 美媒称中国卫星疑似拍到MH370残骸

    【波士顿双语网3月12日综合报道】美国CNN、NBC等多家电视台于今天下午报道中国卫星在搜索海域拍到疑似物体，可能是MH370残骸。BBC也发布快讯称，中国发布三张卫星照，似乎是残骸。不过CNN显示的卫星照就是中国国防科工局12日下午发布的三张卫星照，照片拍摄于9日上午11点。

  • Boston to Host 2014 Badminton Nationals

    Boston, March 12, 2014, –USA Badminton has awarded the right to host Adult Nationals competition to the Massachusetts Badminton Association (MassBad). It will be held at the Boston Badminton Club on the last weekend in March, March 28-30. Badminton has been gaining popularity in greater Boston area over past 20 years as the Asian population grows. Chinese North American Sports Association (CNASA) has hosted annual badminton tournaments at MIT for over 10 years.
