Boston, March 11, 2014, — Today is the third Anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake. There are a number of activities in the greater Boston area marking this anniversary. 第23屆全美青少年國畫書法比賽四月十五日截止收件
由中華表演藝術基金會主辨的「第23屆全美青少年國畫書法比賽」，將于四月十五日截止收件。四月26日星期六上午，在麻州紐頓市僑教中心公開評審，決定結果。所有參賽作品亦將於四月25日至五月3日在同一地點展出。本屆比賽獲得「譚嶽泉蕭運貞文教基金」贊助。所有參賽作品必須在四月十五日前寄達中華表演藝術基金會L。
2012年得獎作品。

波士顿马年生日随想

我出生于农历大年初一早晨7点半。爸爸在给爷爷报喜的家信上写道：正是万家灯火，鞭炮齐鸣的时候，迎来了一个小丫头。
按我们老家的说法，初一的娘娘十五的官，一辈子享不尽的荣华富贵。现在半辈子过去了，荣华富贵说不上，但平安喜乐一直伴随着我。从小在父母的精心苛护下，无忧无虑的成长，二十三岁遇到了红线另端的那个人，从此更是快快乐乐的生活。也不是完全没有波折，但因为家里不论老少，都是相亲相爱，相扶相持，所以一直过的很平和。
记不得有几年了，每次的生日许愿都是：我没有任何奢求，只想维持现状，只要每个家人都像今天这样健健康康，快快乐乐，就可以了。
可不知为什么，日子却过的一年比一年好。马年春节收到的一张生日贺卡竟让我感动得留下热泪。

Singaporean Vessels Search for Missing Malaysian Plane with Four Mysteries
(Xinhuanet)Singaporean vessels searching for the missing Malaysia Airlines passenger plane have found some suspicious floating objects, Vietnamese official media outlets reported Sunday.
A press conference is held by the Malaysia Airlines at the Lido Hotel in Beijing, capital of China, March 8, 2014. A Malaysian passenger plane carrying 239 people has lost contact with air traffic control in the early morning on Saturday on its way from Malaysia’s capital Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.
